Professionals offer their expertise to Charities

This half day event is for voluntary and community sector staff in organisations which are delivering contracts, sub-contracting or entering into partnerships and consortia. The workshop will be led by business professionals from Haines Watts LLP, Chartered Accountants and Tozers Solicitors LLP who have extensive expertise in financial and legal matters. The workshop aims to answering some of the more complex and detailed questions that organisations face when entering into contracts, partnerships or sub-contracting relationships.

The experts will offer short presentations on some of the key issues but the main focus of the event will be on answering your detailed questions which are relevant to the speakers areas of expertise.Each will be happy to give advice on a range of issues including:

• Different types of contracts and the implications
• What you need to look out for when entering into a sub-contracting relationship
• The TUPE implications of contracting
